North Waterfront "Parkland 1"

The building belongs to the North Waterfront residential complex.

The complex is located in the north of Minsk is being developed by a company led by a businessman from the UAE, Mr. Alabbar.

The model size is 1800 x 1200 mm.

An exclusive pedestal in the form of an elliptical bowl is made of MDF and fiberglass painted gray.

The building is made of plastic, PVC, polystyrene and plexiglass.

The building is divided into apartments inside, the furniture and the figures of people are installed in the apartments.

The interior lighting of the building can be turned on in two modes using the remote control (100% or 75% illumination of the windows).

The lighting masts and street lamps are also illuminated throughout the model.

In the courtyard area and in the retail area, there are many realistic hand-painted figurines of people and animals.

A transparent protective glass with a height of 200 mm is installed along the edge of the base.

The model looks as realistic as possible considering the rather large scale (1/75).
