The baseplate size is 1000 x 700 mm., made of PVC.
Four-storey buildings of modern planning with underground parking are presented on the model.
Detailed exterior — cars, light towers, trees, playgrounds, flower beds and bushes.
The model is equipped with an anti-vandal dust cover, made of plexiglass with a thicknеss of 5 mm.
