Manufacture

For today the company “Viva Scale Models” has the largest production and is well known technological enterprise for making scale models in the Republic of Belarus.

Manufacturing area is about 700 square meters, the place where all the works take place.

To promote the production volume and high quality of the products, our manufacture is divided into departments.

The department of design and projecting, 3D printing and plotter cutting is located in a separate section where our project-engineers and designers work. The process of creating 3D models and future models, projecting of rigging, details and 3D printing elements of models take place here. 3D printing is possible due to three printers that we have.

A noisy round-the-clock equipment is in a separate room. The great part of details is produced by 3D milling machine in the 2D mode of cutting of sheet materials or 3D milling of massive details.

Also, a separate replication station in vacuum is located here. We use silicone forms to make details what require a high circulation.

Here we have painting booth with special ventilation and lightning. It allows us to make the preparation and to paint parts of details at a very high level.

Our people are the main resource of the company, that’s why the greatest part of working place is given to individual workplaces of our developers, who prepare details for the next installation and build up the ready models.
