Low-rise residential building project

Low-rise architectural residential building project under the sketches of the Unitary Enterprise «Minskproekt» is made on a scale of 1/200.

The baseplate size is 1000 x 700 mm., made of PVC.

Two-storey buildings of modern planning with terraces and individual parkings are presented on the model.

Detailed exterior — cars, light towers, trees, playgrounds, flower beds and bushes.

The model is equipped with an anti-vandal dust cover, made of plexiglass with a thicknеss of 5 mm.

Such models are good for presentations and trade shows. The model can fulfill all the tasks for demonstrating objects, searching for an investor or decorating the interior.
