Architectural model of the North Waterfront residential complex on a scale of 1/200.
The first phase of construction includes building of the residential complex North Waterfront and Lakeside Park.
The complex in the north of the capital is being developed by a company led by a businessman from the UAE, Mr. Alabbar.
The model has impressive dimensions of 5300 x 2900 mm.
For transportation, the model can be divided into 3 equal parts.
An exclusive pedestal in the form of an elliptical bowl is made of MDF and fiberglass painted gray.
The pedestal is divided into segments for transportation.
The buildings are made of plastic, PVC, polystyrene and plexiglass.
The model has interior lighting of buildings and facade lighting, which can be controlled from a remote control.
Lighting towers and street lamps are also illuminated.
There are many realistic figures of people installed in the courtyard area, retail area and park area.
More than 1000 different handcrafted trees create a realistic atmosphere on the model.
On the left side of the model, there are 4 large houses, made in nominal detailing. These houses will be replaced after the design will be approved.
A transparent protective glass with a height of 200 mm is installed along the edge of the base.
